R&D Alternative Military Service Recruitment Program

2026 R&D Alternative Service Recruitment Now Open

Tekho Camphor is recruiting alternative service members to join our Organic Chemistry field. Participants will assist R&D teams with new product technology transfer, participate in production trials and mass production, and collaborate with manufacturing teams on process optimization, statistical analysis, process adjustments, and equipment improvement projects.

R&D Participation

Assist Organic Chemistry R&D teams with new product technology transfer and participate in the complete process from R&D to mass production.

Manufacturing Field Experience

Directly participate in on-site production trials and mass production operations to gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.

Process Optimization & Improvement

Work closely with manufacturing departments to conduct statistical analysis, process optimization, adjustments, and equipment improvement initiatives.
